Flag Salutation

We salute our national flag, and pledge our allegiance to the same. Its honour and its glory depend upon the zeal and assiduity with which each one of us will shoulder his responsibilities of a good citizen. Its history written in letters of gold, inspires us to put in good work for the fair name of our country.

We declare our unflinching loyalty to our National Flag and maintain that, its course shall be our course and that each individual amongst us shall make genuine efforts add to its luster and glory and make it fly proudly aloft in the comity of nation.



Pre Prayer Assembly Schedule

First Bell : 9.00 a.m. (Caution bell)
Second Bell : 9.10 a.m. (Gate closure bell)
Third Bell : 9.10 a.m. to 9.15 a.m. (Attendance taking)
Prayer Bell : 9.15 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. (Assembling of Students)


Tests/Exams

The exact date and time table of examinations / test will be intimated to the Parents / Guardians separately.

However, in each academic year the school will be hold the following tests and examinations.

Weekly tests, Three Mid-term tests, three terminal exams and one accelerated preparatory test in February. All tests and examinations including unit tests, Aural and oral and practical test will also be conducted as per the directives from the Educational Department.


Rules Regarding Examinations

  • Pupil may not be allowed to appear in the annual examination if he or she does not put in minimum of 85% of attendance at the academic session.
  • In case of those who were unable to appear at the annual Examination on genuine medical grounds and produce a medical certificate to that effect, the school will consider the pupil(s) for promotion on the basis of year's work and average of other tests / exams. Final decision on such matters rests with the school authorities.
  • The decision of the school authorities in the matter of promotion shall be final.
  • Promotion to next higher class will be based on the average marks obtained at the various tests / exams held throughout the academic year.



Progress Report

  • Result and marks obtained by the pupil in the exams are given in the progress report, which will be handed over to each student after each test/exam.
  • The Progress report should be signed by the parent / Guardian and returned to the respective class teacher within the stipulated time.

  • Promote, maintain and develop contact between parents and teachers and among parents themselves.
  • Provide, exchange of views between parents teachers and school management on common issues concerning the children and to recommend appropriate action.
  • To organize social, educational, recreational and other useful activities for the development of children, parents are requested to attend them without fail.
