Rules & Information to Parants

Regularity and punctuality in attendance of the students are prerequisites for his / her continued association with the school.
Late arrivals in the class and early departures from the class will not be permitted except in emergencies. On both instances either of the parents should escort the child.
Regular attendance is mandatory.
Every student must be in school five minutes before the first bell. If students are late they are liable to be sent home at the parent's risk. Gate will be locked at 9.10 a.m. Attendance will not be awarded to late comers. They are not eligible to get 100% attendance award.
No child is permitted to leave the school premises during the recess or otherwise, except with the permission of the Principal.
Leave
- No leave of absence is granted except for genuine reasons and without previous sanction.
- Unauthorised absence from School for a month or more renders a student's name liable to be struck off from the roll.
- Except on duly certified grounds, no extension of leave is allowed.

Leave Notes
All leave letters, medical certificate and correspondence should bear the class, division and roll number of the student and addressed to: The Principal / Headmaster, Lakshmi Chordia Memorial Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Cuddalore-2.
School Function
Attendance is compulsory at all school functions including Independence day and Republic day Celebrations.
Identifications
- A tie and a belt will be supplied to all students. Children should wear them compulsorily.
- All items brought to school such as Bag, Water bottle, Tiffen box, Bags etc., should bear the Name of the Student, Class and Section.
